About Michelle
I'm a strategic communications leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations and leaders amplify their voice, shape their narrative, and drive meaningful engagement. My work spans sectors, from B2B tech and AI to nonprofit advocacy and public education, and I specialize in building integrated strategies rooted in the PESO model (Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned media).
Throughout my career, I’ve led national press campaigns, launched innovative products, managed high-stakes crises, and advised C-suite leaders on how to communicate with clarity and impact. My approach is grounded in both analytical rigor and narrative vision, with a deep commitment to public interest and equity in communication.
Currently, I serve as the PR Manager at Motus, where I lead national media strategy and executive thought leadership for this national B2B SaaS brand. I also manage the organization’s social media and collaborate cross-functionally on content, marketing, events, and more.
I have landed clients and my organizations in outlets like CNN, Forbes, TechCrunch, the New York Times, and the Associated Press. Before transitioning into full-time communications, I was a college professor, and I continue to bring that foundation, rooted in critical thinking, inclusive teaching, and clear expression, into every project that I take on.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: powerful ideas deserve powerful communication. Whether I’m coaching a founder, directing a campaign, or navigating a media crisis, I’m here to help make messages matter and move people to action.
